Description Apollo Delman Theater. The Delman Theater was built in 1938 to serve the suburbs of Tulsa at 15th and Lewis, 2335 E. 15th. Built in the Streamline Art Deco style by I.B. Adleman, it was popular through the 1960s. It fell on hard times in the 1970s, showing X rated films while its structure went unmaintained. It closed in 1978 and for a short time was used as a concert hall. It was demolished in January of 1989.
