DVD optical disk containing a video of an oral history interview with Sidney "Sid" Winfield Patterson, conducted at the Tulsa Historical Society and Museum on August 5, 2009 by Archivist and Curator of Collections Joshua Peck. Patterson, lifelong Tulsan, discusses his various involvements in city politics and the non-profit sector. Patterson was elected as street commissioner four times, serving two consecutive terms in the 1950s, a period of respite, followed by two more terms in the 1970s. As street commissioner, Patterson had a front row seat to Tulsa's mid-century growth to the south, as well as the destruction of historic buildings via Urban Renewal.
