Green paper tag bearing the word "Bath." The American Red Cross issued this tag to an African American in the days following the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The tag entitled the carrier to a bath provided in American Red Cross facilities. The tag measures 4.875" x 2.375" and was manufactured by Dennison Manufacturing Company. The tag contains a reinforced 0.25" paper eyelet. |
