Souvenir picture postcard folio manufactured by Curt Teich & Company, Chicago, IL. The front of the folio contains a caption stating, "Souvenir of Tulsa, Okla." The front and back of the folio contain three color images of Tulsa, including the Cosden Building, an oil field, and 3rd Street looking west from South Cincinnati Avenue. The inside of the folio contains sixteen, color images of Tulsa. The images include the following: Tulsa County Courthouse, Elk's Club, river view and Cosden Refinery, oil field near Tulsa, Kennedy Building, oil derrick, Cosden Refinery, Central High School, bluff along Cimarron River, Main Street looking north from 4th Street, Convention Hall, Henry Kendall College, 4th Street looking west from South Cincinnati Avenue, bluffs along Arkansas River, Maple Ridge Addition, and South Boulder Avenue. The postcard folio is addressed to Clarence Brouaugh of Ada, OK. The folio contains a Tulsa, OK postmark dated March 14, 1923. |
