Eight-page memorandum of option entered into July 5, 1940 between Public Service Company of Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK and Grand River Dam Authority of Vinita, OK. The memorandum sets forth the terms upon which the Public Service Company of Oklahoma may purchase electric energy from the Grand River Dam Authority. Author William Rea Holway referred to this resource as "Exhibit XI-3" in the first volume of his 1968 work, "A History of the Grand River Dam Authority." |
