Copy of a two-page letter addressed to Oklahoma Governor Raymond Gary from William Rea Holway of W. R. Holway and Associates Consulting Engineers, dated August 2, 1957. Holway provides his response to specific items of concern in the report written by W. H. Steuve, a consulting engineer of Oklahoma City, OK. Holway outlines three, serious errors in Steuve's report and provides additional information. Author William Rea Holway referred to this resource as "Exhibit XV-41" in the second volume of his 1969 work, "A History of the Grand River Dam Authority." |
