Printing proof measuring 11" x 8.5" and developed for the creation of a brochure advertising Skyline Tower, located at 5810 East Skelly Drive in Tulsa, OK. The proof provides a brief list of building amenities and a small map. Russell L. Magee & Associates, Architects of Tulsa, OK designed the seventeen-story office building of brick and mirrored glass. Completed in 1983, the construction was a joint venture of Home Life Insurance Company, New York and Skyline Tower, Inc. When opened to occupants, pricing per floor started at $581,000. The original plan called for the Skyline Tower office development and adjacent townhouse and duplex development. |
