Seventeen-page agreement dated May 7, 1942, between the United States of America, represented by the Federal Works Administrator, party of the first party, and Public Service Company of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company, parties of the second part. The agreement calls for an interchange of power in the pooling facilities for the World War II effort. Author William Rea Holway referred to this resource as "Exhibit XII-2" in the first volume of his 1968 work, "A History of the Grand River Dam Authority." |
