Comprehensive site development plan created April 14, 1982 by Hammond Engineering Company for Russell L. Magee & Associates, Architects of Tulsa, OK. The plan shows the property boundaries and dimensions of a three-tract parcel for the development of Skyline Towers at 5810 East Skelly Drive in Tulsa, OK. Russell L. Magee & Associates, Architects of Tulsa, OK designed the property in three tracts. Tract 1 was to contain two, eighteen-story office towers. However, only one of these buildings was completed. Tract 2 was reserved for townhouse development. Tract 3 was reserved for condominium duplex construction. The development of Tract 2 and Tract 3 never occurred. Completed in 1983, the construction of Skyline Tower was a joint venture of Home Life Insurance Company, New York and Skyline Tower, Inc. When opened to occupants, pricing per floor started at $581,000. |
