Photocopy of thirteen-page docket #23371 from the District Court, Tulsa, County, OK, entitled "Jackson Undertaking Co. v. City of Tulsa, et al." Jackson Undertaking Company seeks to recover damages for property destroyed in the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre in the amount of $15,181.73. The plaintiff stated that the St. Clair Oil Company, at the request of the agents of the City of Tulsa, provided airplanes from which turpentine bombs were dropped upon the plaintiff's property. The plaintiff dismissed the case on May 31, 1937. |
