Recording of an oral history interview featuring Joan Agnes "Johnnie" Coe at the Tulsa Historical Society & Museum by museum volunteer Rhonda Pollard Ayers on February 3, 2005. The audio track is 39:10 in length. Coe, born in 1915, discusses her long life in Tulsa, OK. She shares memories of World War I, the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, and downtown stores from that period. Coe is fluent in First Presbyterian Church history, as her aunt married the founder of the church, Reverend Charles William Kerr.
