Five-page, typewritten copy of a memorandum addressed to the Grand River Dam Authority of Vinita, OK, from Leon M. Fuquay, secretary to the chief of engineers with the Federal Power Commission, dated June 22, 1938. The memorandum contains various recommended changes to the proposed plans for construction of Pensacola Dam on the Grand River in Oklahoma. Author William Rea Holway referred to this resource as "Exhibit X-3" in the first volume of his 1968 work, "A History of the Grand River Dam Authority." |
