Seventy-six-page photograph album containing snapshots of individuals connected with Stanolind Oil & Gas Company in Tulsa, OK, during the time period 1946 to 1950. Photograph subject matter includes tax department office personnel, work sites, employee picnics, recreational activities, business trips, and personal events. Handwritten captions provide informration for most photographs. The identity of the person who compiled the photograph album is unknown. Stanolind Oil & Gas Company was part of Standard Oil during the 1920s. Stanolind later acquired Sinclair Pipeline and Sinclair Crude Oil Purchasing Company in 1931. The Stanolind Oil & Gas Company was headquartered in the Philcade Building, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of 5th Street and South Boston Avenue.
