Thirty-seven-page, typewritten report entitled "Report on Water Supply for Tulsa, Oklahoma, March, 1930." Prepared by an unidentified consulting engineer, this report includes several sections. The first section contains an overview of the Spavinaw water system completed for Tulsa in 1924, as well as additions to the system from 1924 to 1930. Another section compares the possibilities of raising the height of Spavinaw Dam and the corresponding increases in water volume. Other sections include data on population growth, water consumption and future needs, and methods of providing water to meet demands. The report also highlights needed improvements on other parts of the system including the following: low-service pumps, filtration plant, high-service pumping station, new water mains, and high-service reservoir.
