Black & white photograph measuring 10" x 8" and depicting a lake on the property of Lawrence Richard "Lon" Stansbery near Alsuma, OK. The lake was formed by the "Davie Burnt Clay Ballast Company," which produced ballasts for the Missouri, Kansas & Texas "Katy" Railway during its construction. On the lake shore is a false building front made to resemble early Tulsa businesses. It includes the following business and proprietor names: R. N. Bynum, Price & Gillette, R. E. Lynch, Brady Shoe Company, T. J. Archer, J. M. Hall, and Dickason Goodman. |
