Description |
Black & white sheet film negative measuring 5" x 4" and depicting an aerial view of Saint Francis Hospital, 6161 South Yale Avenue, circa 1959. The hospital was built by the William K. Warren Foundation, headed by Tulsa philanthropist and oilman William K. Warren, and opened on September 15 1960. The camera angle is toward the northwest with the intersection of East 61st Street and South Yale Avenue visible above the hospital complex. The residential homes of Holliday Hills Addition are visible in the center of the image. |
