Black & white photograph measuring 4.25" x 3.25" and depicting Powderhorn Place, the home of James A. "Jim" Pilkington. Pilkington served as the first traffic policeman in the Tulsa Police Department. He retired to Powerderhorn Place on Spavinaw Creek in Delaware County, Oklahoma. The Upper Spavinaw later engulfed this area after the creation of Lake Eucha. |
