Ingle, Colonel Wilson, Colonel John D. Bristor, Oklahoma Governor Raymond Gary, U. S. Senator Robert S. Kerr, U.S. Representative Page Belcher, and Gary Vandever. Nearly 1,000 people attended the ceremony marking the beginning of construction of the $138 million Keystone Dam. The ceremony was held at the north end of the dam site, eight miles west of Sand Springs, OK. |
