Black & white, 35 mm, roll film negative containing three images of rafts on the Arkansas River at Sand Springs, OK during the 1981 Great Raft Race sponsored by KRMG radio. The annual race, beginning in 1973, occurred on Labor Day. Participants raced from Sand Springs to Tulsa in kayaks, canoes, inflatables and constructed rafts. |
