Description |
Black & white sheet film negative measuring 5" x 4" and depicting an aerial view of the City National Bank, located at 5350 East 31st Street in Tulsa, OK, in 1962. The camera view is toward the northwest with the Fairgrounds on East 21st Street near the center of the horizon. The Broken Arrow Expressway is under construction in the foreground. The New York City architectural firm of Caudill, Rowlett & Scott designed the bank building. Wells Construction Company served as the building contractor. The construction cost approximated $500,000. The building opened to the public on September 10, 1962. |
