Black and white photograph measuring 10" x 8"and depicting a large crowd of opening-night visitors standing in the interior of the new restaurant, Bishop's Waffle House, located at 15 East 3rd Street in Tulsa, OK, on September 19, 1927. The restaurant dining area was large enough to seat 500 diners. The restaurant employed nearly 100 workers. Local newspapers advertised the establishment as the "Southwest's finest restaurant." |
