Chapman (1944-2017) standing with his painting at Tulsa's 1990 Indian Art Market and Festival where he was the featured artist. Born in Pawnee, his artwork often depicted that tribe's culture and heritage. His work was exhibited in both the White House and the Oklahoma State Capitol. |
