Sepia-toned picture postcard measuring 3.5" x 5.5 of an image showing three Caucasian men and a flatbed truck on a street in Tulsa following the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The postcard contains a printed caption near the top margin stating, "Truck Being Used To Gather Up Colored Victoms [sic] - During Tulsa Race Riot 6-1-21." A least two wicker caskets are visible on the back of the truck. |
